2 Factor Authentication - No SMS code
Hi,
I was invited to a box folder where I have to set up 2 factor authentication. This should be OK and I entered the necessary information with the country set to Germany (+49) and the phone number where the SMS should be sent to. I entered the phone number in both forms:
with a leading 0
and without
unfortunately I am not receiving the necessary SMS security code which should be sent. I try this now since 2 days and it seems that either I input the number in the wrong format (although I tried all format variants) or BOX is experiencing an issue with their SMS delivery service.
Here are my questions:
What is the right number format for the phone number to be used?
Is there an issue with the SMS service?
Who can I contact at Box with this issue?
