Fee taken after cancellation of Free trial
I took out a free trial for Box. I cancelled same on the 28th December in response to an email from Leah Fluegge in Sales. Now my bank tells me that my subscription has been taken out today, 31st December leaving me with very little money to support myself.
Leah is away for several days so if you could ensure the money is refunded as soon as possible, I would appreciate this very much.
I sent the copy of my email to Leah today. I sent it to her on the 28th December:
