Hi,

I was trying to sign up for 1 month subscription to test  Box service. After adding my payment details and clicking submit, i figured Box is charging me $540 for 1 year subscription which is not wha ti want. I am requesting a cancellation of my account and refund of my money back to my card as soon as possible. my email is : [personal information--redacted]

  私は、3ヶ月前からこのサービスから退会したいので、どの様にキャンセルをすれば良いかを問い合わせていますが、問題が解決しません。もうすでに5400Yenが3回も引き落とされています。返金を求めたいです。どうか退会手続きをとってください。
