unable to connect to box error
hi
i am using windows 7 ultimate
10 gb ram
100 plus gb hdd space available
i had formatted my computer
now box is installed but is unable to connect to internet
i get option to switch sign in screen on the first login attempt, did that, still nogo
reset internet options as given in one of the support forums.
can some1 give other alternate options.
internet is clearly working as i am submitting this online on the same computer

If so, this error message generally appears when Box Sync or Box Drive is unable to reach the login page due to cached information in the default browser of your machine. You will need To reset Internet Explorer settings to resolve this issue and follow the steps on the article linked above.
