    Welcome to the Box Community!

    If you are looking to see history of collaborators that had been invited to access a certain folder or file, a User Activity report may help.

    Box Admins with permission to run report can go o to  Admin console > Create Report> User activity> select the date range, action type: (Collaboration) choose Invited Collaborator and Removed collaborator>  click Run to export this report.

    The exported file will be available in your Box report folder once available.

    Thank you for your response. I should have clarified, however, that I do not have an admin console of any kind as this is a personal account, not one of the business enterprise ones. To my limited operational knowledge of Box, I don't have the ability to run reports. Hopefully there is still a way (as roundabout as it might be!).

    Unfortunately, there is no other way to see history of those who have been invited/ removed from a collaborative folder aside from running reports.
