    Hi Jim, 

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    When you log in to our support page (you must be logged in to your Box Account to authorize logging in to our support page) and select "Contact Support" from the top-navigation menu, you will see the different options for contacting the Box Product Support team.

    These options will vary by customer, depending on your account type, agent availability and support subscription level. Options may include submission by web form (email), live chat and, for Premier and Platinum Service customers, a phone support

    Apparently you don't without going Platinum, I am in that boat with you trying my 9th Time to get a BAA. Apparently you now need a Platinum Membership to get support for their product to make it functional.

    this is unbelievable. i can get the box to finish sync to the desktop and no phone support. almost like you don't care if customers use this or not.

    Box.com is a terrible company. I have paid them about $2400 a year for the past five years. That ends in December. For Christmas I will give myself the gift of a Box.com-free-life. Seriously, "read these 2000 articles that have nothing to do with your issue."

    I have lost a folder, ant get anywhere with the "support" this is infuriating.

    Its gone, dissapeared, nothing in the deleted folder....

    No, there is only one option when you choose Contact Support...and that's to 'learn more' in the community. But NO way of contacting BOX for an answer or issue. So CONTACT SUPPORT on your site is very deceiving and I'm beyond frustrated. Please note all these comments in this post and use as feedback to improve, or actually HAVE support from YOUR company.

    Man - this is frustrating!  When I log into our account, there are NO options for "contact support" - what does that mean?  I have a security question and I need someone to respond to us - UGH!

    That's unblieveble! Just upgraded to box starter pack, box charged me 2x the actual value and there is no support to actually ask for refund. Disgrace, bad service, illegal. Not anymore with box. Very bad to be true!
