    Welcome to the Box Community!

    Can you try the following tips to resolve the issue you encounter?:

    • Try to clear cache and cookies for your browser. Here is an article that walks through how to do this on the different browsers that Box supports.
    • Try disabling add-ons or extensions on your browser/s, and see if this helps
    • Try disabling your firewall or AV scanner and see if it makes any difference 
    Let us know how it goes and if you are still having issue so we can further look into it!

    We have tried all of these but still not working, it was working until about 4 weeks ago.
