    I am running Box version 4.0.8107 on Windows 11 Pro Version 24H2 and I have attached a picture indicating the error.

    Rona...HELP!!

    I responded 10 days ago without any further assistance.  I believe I need a support ticket for this issue but as others have posted there is no clear way for a User to create or request  ticket.

    Please help as soon as possible
