How do I delete an external seat? Not just a user and not just the files there is nowhere to do this they still have a seat. How do you delete the actual seat of the user?

How do you delete an external user SEAT? There is nowhere on your FORUM or here on all these questions, and no answers,

to delete an external user seats. Very frustrating.
