    Welcome to Box Community!

    What you can do is to add the new email as secondary and then make it the primary email. Kindly follow the steps below:

    1. Login to box.com
    2. Go to Account settings (click the profile pic or initials located on the upper right corner)
    3. Account 
    4. Login and Email Addresses
    5. Link Email > enter the new email
    6. Once you have successfully confirmed the email, go back to account settings and make the secondary as primary and remove the original email.
