Issue with Logging into Box Drive
CompletedI am experiencing the following issue and would like to know how to resolve it.
Issue:

I click "Log in" on the Box Drive login window (Window ①).

I enter my email address in the browser and click "Next."

The browser displays a waiting screen (Window ②) saying "Launching Box Drive...", but then the Box Drive login window (Window ①) reappears, and I am unable to log in.
Conditions:

I am logging into the web version using SSO with my company email address.

I have tried the solutions provided in the following URL, but the issue persists.
Could you please provide a solution?
