Need to reset MFA

My coworker unfortunately lost access to my authenticator and backup codes, and can no longer access her box account. Can someone help her reset 2FA?

  We suggest having the affected user to open a support ticket to address her MFA issue. 

  The link provided will allow you to create a ticket even if you have trouble signing in.
