Incorrect storage usage (have checked local folders)
CompletedDear Box Support Team,
I am writing to report an issue with the storage space calculation in my Box account.
The online system shows that I am using 16.3GB of storage, but my local folders only occupy 12GB.
This discrepancy has persisted for over a week, and it does not seem to resolve itself within 24 hours as mentioned in other posts.
I would greatly appreciate your assistance in investigating and resolving this matter.
