Storage says full when not
AnsweredBox will not upload files as says storage is full. It's not, it's only 3/4 full. Have deleted and reloaded app but still get full notice. Wasting a lot of time which I don't have to spare. About to get alternative app if fault not resolved within 24 hours.

Hi Derek,
Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist!
Please see the following troubleshooting steps:
- Make sure that your web browser is the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge. An out-of-date browser can cause file upload problems.
- Clear your browser's cache - If this does not resolve your issue, please proceed to the next step.
- Verify that you are using one of our supported operating systems.
If the issue persist, could attach a screenshot of your error through this forum?
We'd love to further assist!

Thanks for your response Rona. Not sure what the browser has to do with it as am using the MS Box Drive app on my Windows machine as not going through a browser. Have been adding files in Windows using that app and then accessing them thru the Box app on my tablet which has the latest version of IOS. Windows properties shows there to be 109gb free in Box
Now having to bypass Box by sending files as an attachment to my IOS tablet.
