Box 'unable to update' - Logs sent but why so difficult to open a ticket?
AnsweredI am going round in circles here. My Box Drive says it needs updating, but then creates an error message ' Unable to Update - Send Logs'. I have sent the Logs. It then says to open a Support Case, but every link takes you round in circles. How do I open a support case to support the case that I have just sent the Logs to support please.

Looks like you're having trouble updating your Box Drive. To fix this issue, try to uninstall your Box Drive Application.
Once you've completely removed your Box Drive App. Please reinstall here.
