boxアクセス→アカウントログイン成功→二段階認証でコードがわからない為ログインができません。
二段階認証の解除をお願いできますでしょうか？

補足：
・対象者はログインができずフォーラムに投稿できない為、私が代理で投稿しています。

When accessing Box → Account login successful → Unable to login because I don't know the two-factor authentication code. Would it be possible to disable the two-factor authentication?

Note: ・I am posting on behalf of the affected user who cannot post to the forum because they cannot log in.

  For security and privacy reasons, kindly have the affected user to reach out to Box Support. Here's  where the user could submit a ticket.
