Files not available upon upgrade of Box
Hello All,
Last week on Thursday, I did an upgrade of the current box from Personal to Business Account. Since then all the files have disappeared. I have been following up with the box by calling the US number provided and sent multiple reminders to resolve. There is a severe Business impact as we are unable to access the files. https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/requests/2417678
I am unable to downgrade to the earlier version, although the box promptly collected the payment for the upgrade. The file contents are still not available it has been more than 6 days.
Is this a common scenario, what kind of reliability of the data does the box provides?
