Invoice and Payment section errors
The following error appears in the Billing and Payment Sections, so I cannot download the invoices. Please fix this. I need the invoice before the end of the month!!

Have you already tried this on other browsers and check to see if you get the same behavior?
By the way, I went ahead and submitted a ticket for you with our Billing team to help look into this.
@Nicole, can you also try this on other browsers and see if it makes any difference? If you continue getting the same error message, can you share more details and a screenshot of what you see on your end to our Billing team by submitting a new ticket on this page: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

I just want to give a quick update on this, I've received an update from our team that the issue with the missing billing info in your Account and billing section in the admin console should now be fixed.
Can you check on this and let us know if you are still having issue accessing this section?
