    I am getting an update Box message and installing through portal manager is not doing it. Also my I have lost the ability to save directly to Box.

    I get the message that there was an issue updating Box drive, and to send logs everyday. Where do I open a ticket?

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    Can you try to manually reset the Box Drive application on your Mac to see if this will help resolve the issue?

    The steps can be found in this article: Manually reset Box Drive
