Wrong account
I wanted to upgrade my account to professional. I had 2 box accounts. I logged into the one I upgraded but I didnt realize it logged into the other account. I upgraded that account. Now Im trying to downgrade the one and upgrade the other, without paying for 2 accounts. I have been trying to deal with this for over 4 days. The amount of back and forth, lack of response, lack of speed in any response is insane. Especially for how expensive these services are. They need to make it so that we can actually TALK TO A PERSON!!
More importantly how do I resolve the issue. I just want 1 account under the right email.
