How do you extend the Box timeout/auto logout period
Box seems to log me out after about 15 or 20 minutes....quite regularly which seems to be a natural setting....but I work and save docs for a hour or two. This timeout is very inconvenient. how can the timeout be extended?

There is an option in available for admins in the Enterprise settings under the Security tab called "Session Duration for All Users" which allows them to set how long an account can stay logged in without activity. Anyone who exceeds this limit is logged out automatically. You admin may have been set to log users out after 15 or 20 mins, and if you need this to be extended, you can try reaching out to your Box Admin to see if they are willing to make changes as this is a company wide setting.
