Lost Files
Hello,
I hadn’t accessed my box account in a while and when I finally recovered my access I noticed that all my files were no longer in it. I then searched in my email and found a warning, that I had honestly missed, saying that I needed update my payment information “in order to prevent losing access to your account”. I clearly forgot to update the payment info with my new credit card. This was the last email I got
from the Box Team on Jan-2020. I'm very worried as all my childhood photos were stored in that account.
I understand this it may be a long shot, but do you guys believe there is any chance I will be able I will able to retrieve my lost files? I already sent an email to the Box Support, but was wondering if anyone in the Community has any additional info.
