Can't View Box.com on Chrome
so when i log in box, i see this
re-install browser: done
clear all history: done
it still looks like this

I've seen this happen to other users having network issues in the past, have you tried connecting to a different network to see if it makes any difference?
Also, please try to disable add-ons from your browser and/ or disable your firewall and then try connecting to Box.com again.
