    Welcome to the Box Community!

    If you need to change the Primary email address associated with your Box, you just need to link another or a secondary email into your Account in the Account settings. After linking your secondary email, you will have the option to change and make it your Primary email.

    I also need to change my secondary email to primary.  There is no option for this.

    How can I change it?

    Welcome to the Box Community, and thanks for joining in on this thread!

    If you are unable to changed the Primary Email of your Box account, its likely your organization restricted this by enabling the settings: "Prevent users from changing their Primary email".
