How do you structure box folders ? Pls share your experience

On this post I would love to ask you to share your practice case regarding how you structure or organize folders and files in your account. 

１）If you have well structured, organized account. Could you share your case on this thread please.

 2) If you are straggling with the way to organize your account , Could you specify your matter and share it on this thread please.

 

Hi! y'all Thanks for visiting on this post. I am Koji. I'm trying to find best way to structure or to organize files and folders on my account. I thought some of this community have same problem as well as me. So I decided to share my story on this post. And would love to listen to your advice and opinion. Eventually I hope my post is going to help not only my problem but also many of you all. 

 

I have hundreds of folders and thousands of files in my account. Currently I haven't decided rules how to organize those files. So those folders and files sit on my account without orders. Those untidy folders and files are making it difficult to find a folder or a file on demand. 

so I'd would love to learn from you about how you structure or organize files and folders. e.g. How do you separate folders? Are there any tips to organize files that shared by other people. 

 

I believe some of you in this community are having or have experienced this matter as well as I do. Any comments, tips, advices are welcome. 

If you find difficulty to understand what I mean please let me know. That would be so nice of you.

    I"m having the same issue.  Everyone is sharing a bazillion folders and I have no way to organize them for my personal brain.
