Invitation mail isn't delivered to collaborators
Hello,
I have sent an invitation mail to collaborators.
However, the mail is not reached them. (Even not in junk)
It seems they authorized the invitation but just the mail isn't delivered.
Then this is another problem, in almost all cases even they don't receive the mail, they could see the files with log-in to their account. (it means no access to the file from invitation mail) Sometimes it doesn't work. (Even logged in, they couldn't find any files)
I don't understand why the case happened. Is there any way to this problem solved?
