Trying to audit a document movement details by user - no info
Hello I am trying to capture a full detail history of a particular document that was uploaded into Box. Who opened it, re-labeled it, and moved it to another folder. It is pulling back only info that is most recent (like me when I went in a opened the document) - not when the document movement happed.
I tried following the directions and downloaded a full record (per the instructions that popped up)---I did this and it came back without any more additional information than what I found out using the small 'details' button (by clicking on the 'I' button).
HELP! What steps am I missing!

Welcome to the Box Community!
Aside from the "Access stats" of a file, Admins with access to the Reporting tool in the Admin console may run a User Activity to track all actions taken to a content your organization owns.
Reports can be generated on-demand for any specified time period and these reports can go back as far as 7 years, or as long as you have an account tariff with reporting access.
