    I understand that you encountered an issue accessing your Box on desktop, and to make sure that every angle is checked, can you try to do the following:

    • Clear cache and cookies for your browser. Here is an article that walks through how to do this on the different browsers that Box supports.
    • Try logging in to Box.com with add-ons or extensions disabled on your browser/s.
    • Try to login to Box using a different computer and see if it makes any difference.

    If the issue persists, I would suggest opening a ticket to Box.com so the team can help further investigate on the root cause of the issue.
