Can't login my free account
Hello, I've been using as a free account a lot of years without a problem.
I can log my account using a mobile app (IOS), if I try to use my PC is not possible to see all the files, seems like there are no files in my account but that's not true.
Tried with several browser, different ISP account, but is not possible.
Tried my last resource... logged as https://m.box.com/ (mobile site) and now I can see all my files, but with limitations (no full options as a desktop machine).
Is there any way to work as usual?, my password is working fine, I have a 2FA and works as a mobile option in my PC.
Created a dummy free account and works flawlessly.
Please give me a hint what to do.

PS. Tried to log in the website, the system asked for my mobile number to use as a authz token, but doesn't send any confirmation number

I understand that you encountered an issue accessing your Box on desktop, and to make sure that every angle is checked, can you try to do the following:
- Clear cache and cookies for your browser. Here is an article that walks through how to do this on the different browsers that Box supports.
- Try logging in to Box.com with add-ons or extensions disabled on your browser/s.
- Try to login to Box using a different computer and see if it makes any difference.
