Storage warnings in Enterprise account
We recently upgraded to an Enterprise account, but our invited collaborators are still seeing warnings about running out of space. I've had the users log out/in but messages are still showing up for them. Any thoughts on why? Are there size limits on folders I'm just not seeing?

Have you confirmed if they are receiving this error message when uploading on Folders that your organization owns or someone else?
Uploads will count towards the storage of the user who owns the folder so you will need to confirm that they are getting this error message on a folder owned by one of your users and make sure that the folder owner has enough storage in his Box.
You can check the folder owner's storage in the Admin console > Users and Groups > Managed user tab (locate the user) and then check his available storage.
If the owner no longer have enough space, since you are on Enterprise plan, you account, your users are eligible to unlimited storage so you may want to enable that for owner.
