    Hi there,

    Thanks for following up!

The icons in your Box Drive folder and the context menu are managed by registry keys created during the installation of the application. Windows only counts the top 15 keys and following the steps in this article helps to prioritize Box Drive registry keys ahead of all others and should help fix the issue that you encounter.

If you already followed this and still having issues, please try uninstalling and the re-install Box Drive from your computer.

    I met this problem again.
Could you please tell me " this article" again?
    I would like to follow.

In this time, re-install does not work. (Uninstall->shutdown->restart-Install)
The right click menu never appear.
Is it concerned some kind of Multibyte-environment?

I'm also running into this issue and there seems to be a little confusion about what's being asked. What I beleive the other user is asking about is what happens when you right-click a file in Windows Explorer that is part of Box Drive. Previously, three options would come up, among them, the ability to copy the link of the file. That's very different from what @France is talking about: the little mini-icons on the corner of the files' icons indicating their syncronization status with Box servers. The registry values work on the latter, not the former.

I don't have a resolution but I noticed that the original context menu items seem to have been replaced with a single one with no graphics attached: "View on Box.com." This is not quite as convenient as the previous options were, but does lead to less clutter in the windows context menu, leading me to think it might have been an intentional change on Box's part. Was it?
