    Welcome to the Box Community!

    The File request feature is currently available to all of Box paying subscription.

    If you have a personal Lite account, I'm afraid this feature will not be accessible to you but you may upgrade your account if you wish to use this feature.

    I am an editor of the box file in my school folder. How do I know if I am a personal lite account?

    Hi Dabin, 

    You can find the type of account you have if you go to your Account Settings > Account tab> then scroll down to "Account details".
