    Hi there, 

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    You would need to look into your device and open the authenticator app you used to set up the 2FA for your Box and then use the One time password it generates to login to your Box.

    For the second issue you reported with Folder file counts showing incorrect count, this could be related to what is described in this article:

    The next step will require you to contact Box Support to help you directly and reset your file or storage count.

    I've gone ahead and created a ticket for you so that an agent can work directly with you, please check your email for details.

    Sorry France but it dosen't work like that.  Box is not requesting this information.
