I've recently been updated to a co-admin, and when going to www.box.com/billing and signing in, I'm unable to locate the Billing information. I'm trying to see what needs to occur to ensure our account is extended, as our account terms end early next year.
I also am trying to figure out how to change my access to each Box folder in All Files from Co-owner to Owner as a co-admin. I currently click the drop-down button, and see that Owner is grayed-out and unable to be selected.
