    Welcome to the Box Community!

    Can you check if Box Tools is running in the task manager?

    If its not running, can you try to manually launch Box Edit, you should be able to find the app following this path C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Box\Box Edit\Box Edit.exe 

    If that doesn't help, please try to uninstall and then reinstall Box Tools and see that help fix the issue for your.

    Should the issue persists, I would recommend submitting a ticket to Product Support team on this page so they can further investigate and continue troubleshoot with you.
