I need to change my credit card No to charge Box payments . Where do I do that?

  If you are the Primary admin of your Box, you may update the credit card for your account following the steps in this article: 

  • Updating your Credit Card Information

  If you are unable to make any changes, you may submit a ticket and contact our Billing Support team for assistance.
