Desktop File Updates DON"T SYCN Consistantly: This problem continues - HELLO BOX TEAM - WHAT IS BEING DONE TO FIX IT
I update a file on my desktop, BOX is setup to sync. Sometimes it syncs, sometimes it doesn't under the exact same circumstances with files updated 5 minutes apart. What is the BOX Team doing to fix this? I can 30/60/90 minutes or a day and it won't sync correctly. This is a FUNDAMENTAL BOX USE CASE that Fails for many users, why isn't it fixed?
