    Welcome to the Box Community!

    Can you check if you are logged in on Box Drive and if its is running in the task manager?

    Try also connecting to a different network and see if that makes any difference.

    If the issue persists, please go ahead and submit a ticket to Product Support so they can further investigate and help in troubleshooting this issue.

    I have the same issue, tried all the solutions stated above. How can I access the folder. I can access it through box website but not my desktop. What should I do?
