Can't delete managed users
Hi, this issue has happened before, and the rep swore she could delete users, even though none of the admins in my org seem to be able to. As such, I'd like help from a Box rep to delete a number of users.
The issue is only with users who have a large amount of storage. The resolution last time was to hit "delete" and then wait a few minutes for the confirmation window to pop up. This doesn't happen. If the confirmation window doesn't pop up right away, it doesn't show at all. I have tried with multiple affected users and left them sitting overnight on multiple occasions. This simply isn't a true solution.

This is an issue affecting my org too. Delete window takes a few seconds to open but when I try to delete and transfer content to another user, get a generic error telling me to contact Box Support. When I try to contact support, they blame it on a "browser" issue. All of my admins are running into this issue. I'd appreciate if Box could own up to the issue and fix it.

If you’re in the “new admin console experience”, exit it. That one is simply broken at this time for user deletion.
Also, just wait. From my experience, the delete confirmation pop-up screen may take a few seconds to finally open. This appears to be closely related to the amount of data in the account. Definitely a bug.
