Not receiving confirmation email
Hi,
I got an invite (on my primary email adress) to join a shared box, but I did not have a box account yet. So I created a box account, but I did not receive the confirmation email. I made an account with my secondary email adress (from which I am posting this), and I received the confirmation email immediately.
What can I do to confirm my account on my primary email adress?

P.S. I wanted to post my problem about not receiving the confirmation email. However, to be able to post on this forum, you need an account. But if you do not receive the confirmation email, you cannot make an account. I see a loophole here.

Welcome to the Box Community!
Please be advised that whichever email you register to Box will always be your Box Primary email address. This means, if you registered to Box using your secondary email, you will only receive the email confirmation on the secondary email inbox, not on your Primary email.
If you received an invite using a different email address, you can link this email as another or secondary email in your Box account settings following this article.
Upon linking your other email, you will be sent a verification email confirming this action, you can even change your Box Primary email by clicking the option "Make it Primary" once you've verified the secondary email.
