    Can you please ask this user to submit a support ticket on this page? Someone from the team will reach out to him to directly work with the user on looking into the issue.

    How Do I create a Support ticket?  The functionality is not available to create a ticket on the link above.  I have a similar problem with 2 Factor Authentication.
