Missing Files
Hello,
I just upgraded my account and all my files disappeared. Further, I was only updating because it appeared all my files had started to go missing from the night prior. I need to speak to someone to assist me. These files are URGENT

Please note that during the upgrade process, Files/folders may not be accessible as your account is in transition and this may take up to 24 hours to complete.
No worries though, once the transition is completed your files will show up and should be accessible in your Box again.

Do you have other Box account where those files may have been stored?
Box Product Support team can help you check if there are items recoverable under your account, so I would recommend submitting a support ticket so the team can work with you directly on looking into this.
