    Please note that during the upgrade process, Files/folders may not be accessible as your account is in transition and this may take up to 24 hours to complete.

    No worries though, once the transition is completed your files will show up and should be accessible in your Box again.

    Francis - Some files went missing prior to the upgrade; any idea how to track down?

    Hi Justin, 

    Are the missing files owned by your or another user?

    If those are owned by another user, it's be to reach out to the owner to see if they've removed you from the missing content.

    If these are files you own, have you check your Box Trash and search within your folders?

    They are all owned by me. No other user has access. I have checked the trash as well.

    Do you have other Box account where those files may have been stored? 

    Box Product Support team can help you check if there are items recoverable under your account, so I would recommend submitting a support ticket so the team can work with you directly on looking into this.
