    Hi Admin,

    Welcome to the Box Community!

A "Collaborations" report might be what you need as it list collaboration invites sent to users both in and outside of your enterprise within a given time period. In this type of report, the "Owner Name" is the name of the folder's owner,  "Inviter Email" is the name of the user who sent the invitation, and the "Collaborator Name" is the name of the user invited.

See Collaborations Report Columns for more information about what's contained in Collaboration reports. Once you have the report available, you can filter the report using the "Collaborator Name" for the name of the user invited.

To learn more other types of report you may run in Box, please take a look at this article: Running Reports

    Hi,

How does one get access to this report and can the role of Co-Owner access this report?  I need to know who has access to folders so that our external vendor can inform us of whose access should be removed or left in place.

    Thanks,

    Rene
