Not receiving invite email
My collaborator (from another organization) has sent me multiple invitations to grant me access to a folder on box. I haven't received any emails with the invitation. I have checked my spam folder, and there isn't anything in there either. I also haven't received any notifications when I sign into my Box account. Any troubleshooting advice?

Have you also check if your email provide or firewall might be blocking emails from Box?
If they are not being blocked on your end, you may reach out to our support team by submitting a ticket so they can check if your email is on Suppression list and they would have to remove your email from it (in case its on the list) so you can receive Box email invites.
