Can no longer preview or download files
When signed out of my account, and sharing folders and files for download, it seems that files can no longer be previewed or downloaded? Is there a problem at Box's end?
Never ever had this technical problem before, and I notice the website (C) says 2021 and the 'known issues' have not been updated since last year....what's going on?

If you do not need people to login to Box to access the files or folder you share, you must set the link access to "People with the link". Have you checked the if the Link access set for the Shared link is correct?
The Shared link settings on your account or Box organization may have changed.
