External user cannot log in

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    Can you confirm if they've used Box and login to Box.com in the past or if this is the first time they are using Box?

    This issue can happen if the external user doesn't have an Active Box account linked to the email where you sent the invitation.

    If they are new to Box, they may sign up for a free account on this page to access the content you shared: https://www.box.com/pricing/individual
