External user cannot log in
An external user cannot log in to 'BOX'. We sent an invitation email and tried to log in from there, the user cannot log in. The password meets the requirements, but the user cannot log in.
On the admin console, the external user's status is still Pending. Resending the invitation email does not change the situation.
Can the administrator handle this?

Can you confirm if they've used Box and login to Box.com in the past or if this is the first time they are using Box?
This issue can happen if the external user doesn't have an Active Box account linked to the email where you sent the invitation.
