How long does it take to get a major issue fixed?!
Over 36 hours ago I deleted a user and transferred ownership of their files - they owned all of our major folders. The transfer has not happened and I’m finding Box Support ridiculously slow. As a business we are now facing our second day of downtime. How long does it take for Box Support to act and fix?!
I first requested help after 12 hours as I suspected something was wrong. I was told to give an update after 24 hours, which I did and have heard NOTHING since?!

I understand where you are coming from and your frustration as I see this has been affecting your business.
The process of transferring content can take some time to complete, depending on the amount of content your user owns. The more content the user own, the longer it takes to complete. We, unfortunately are unable to provide you an exact ETA on when this will be completed because of the large number of items, and because the time the transfer might take depends on the type and size of each item, as well as the number of items in each folder and sub-folder.
If after you start the process there is no error, but some of the content does not immediately display in the new location, we typically advise to give it a day of when content ownership transfer is initiated before contacting us and our specialists can help check on the back end the progress of the transfer.
