    Hi there, 

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    To change the Primary Email address associated with your Box account, you first need to link another email as a Secondary email. A confirmation email will be sent to your added email and once that email is confirmed, you will see the options to "Make it Primary" and "Remove" .
    • Make it Primary - this allows you to change the Primary email for your Box
    • Remove - this allows you to unlink that email from Box

    France In my case, I am not receiving any confirmation email.

    Also there is no way to even find my email address on box on my ipad
