Unhappy with Box Support - no response received at all
I spoke with Kareen on live chat last Wednesday 12/01/2022 regarding transferring the Box account to a different user. I was assured the live chat would be sent to the Product Support team. I have seen no indication of this happening nor received any further communication. Additionally, the Box account now appears to not have access to the live chat service. Please can this be rectified and my request to transfer be responded to.

I checked your ticket, and I did see you are trying to inquire on the process of transferring your account's full control into another user. I looked into your account type and I see you own a Personal Lite account. If your client is an Admin of a Business or Enterprise Box, they can invite you to be a "managed user" of their Box which would give them full control over your Box account and its contents in their Admin console.
